GHETTS TO HEADLINE SANCTUARY LDN @ QUEEN OF HOXTON APRIL 27TH

Ghetts - Sanctuary LDN

East London Grime MC, Ghetts is set to headline yet another incredible event by Sanctuary LDN at the Queen of Hoxton.

The night will be showcasing some of the best UK grime talent with grime heavyweights like Teddy Music performing a one-off exclusive headline show in East London.

Ghetts, the rapper from Newham, is known for his hard hitting lyrics and elaborate rhyme schemes. He has also toured internationally with acts such as Kano and was a member of NASTY crew (N.A.S.T.Y or Naturally Artistic Sounds Touching You), the group of East London artists regarded as the pioneers of the grime scene.

Supporting Ghetts on the night will be some of the best newcomers to the scene, a jaw-dropping line-up.

He will be joined by TE dness, who has just dropped two banging new remixes: FACTS and Good Times and has just come off a UK tour with Section Boyz.

Along with J-Flowz, who is currently on tour in Asia and last year teamed up with Shorebitch to host to thousands across Europe.

Darkz, who was previously featured in The Independent with Run Dem Crew and recently hit the stage at the last Crooks & Castles event, will also be performing at the venue on Curtain Road.

Sanctuary LDN celebrated their first birthday in February in Hoxton by presenting the crowd with names such as E.Makm House of Pharaohs, BDE, Flex and Yxng Bane.

They hosted their first event back in December 2014 at Hysteria Bar, Dalston with live acoustic performances and spoken word from stars from Lulu Supreme, Big Tobz, Heidi North to Ana Silva. They also had an open mic at the event.

They have teamed up with Dice FM, an organization born out of a frustration with traditional ticketing, to create something that would cut out the hassle of endless captcha codes, hefty additional fees and the constant struggle to find a printer.
